The grand empress of the Osiran society, Cleopari Tutenso is a wise and benevolent leader to her people. Her ability to create mana portals for short durations allows for her to connect with other locations based entirely on her knowledge of the destination. However, when she uses this ability for the transport of a study expedition to planet Earth as part of evacuation planning, her intentions are completely upended just moments after the portal is closed - ultimately forcing the creation of a separate passage for her own safe transport amidst the implosion of the Osiran planet.
オシラン社会の大后であるクレオパリ・チューテンソは、民衆を導く聡明で慈悲深い指導者である。短期間だけマナ・ポータルを作る能力を持ち、目的地に関する知識だけで、他の場所に接続することができる。しかし、避難計画の一環として惑星地球への調査隊の輸送にこの能力を使用したところ、ポータルが閉じられた直後に彼女の意図は完全に裏切られ、最終的にオシラ星の崩壊の中で彼女自身が安全に移動するための別の通路を作らざるを得なくなった。

Cleopari in her tactical command gear. As the grand empress, she holds the power to direct the imperial guard on the deployment of battle forces within the entire Osiran society, whether for the pursuit of criminal suspects or an all-out war against other imperial nations. Her use of a command console to relay battle orders while working from outside of the imperial palace translated exceptionally well to the dispatch procedures used on planet Earth.
戦術指揮服に身を包んだクレオパリ。大后である彼女は、犯罪容疑者の追跡であれ、他の帝国諸国との全面戦争であれ、オシラン社会全体における戦闘部隊の展開について、帝国軍を指揮する権力を握っている。皇居の外にいながら戦闘命令を伝えるために司令コンソールを使用する彼女は、地球上で使用されている派遣手順に非常にうまく翻訳された。
